Our Red and White LED lights are touch activated and are pointed toward the ceiling to offer an ambient space without the bright light in your eyes! We recommend introducing white noise or pink noise at the lowest level to begin with. Our machine does not exceed 70db, which is under the highest volume that is safe for developing ears. Many machines exceed this volume level and for continuous use over 8 hours can be damaging. Use the Red LED light when feeding, changing, or settling in the night. Red LED light therapy encourages the production of melatonin, the sleepy hormone!
