Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To read our full refund policy click here

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@miimkids.com

When you receive your items please inspect carefully to ensure there is no damage.

If an item is faulty, we will meet our legal obligation which may include issuing a refund on the purchase price of the goods, or providing a replacement product.

The item should be returned within 28 days, with proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed. 

Please note returns are at customers expense. We do not refund do to change of mind.
