Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Within South Australia please allow up to 4 business days for delivery. For all other Australian States please allow up to 8 business days.
Please allow 1-4 business days for express deliveries.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@miimkids.com

When you receive your items, please inspect carefully to ensure there is no damage.

If an item is faulty, we will meet our legal obligation by providing a replacement product.

The item should be returned within 28 days, with proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed. 

Please note returns are at customer’s expense. We do not refund due to change of mind.
